For your medical team
A note for club doctors, physios and heads of performance.
A one-page summary an athlete can share. Questions from medical staff are welcome at any time.
What a session is
A biofield session given remotely by Jonathan K, with no device and no physical contact with the athlete.
What is involved
Nothing is taken, injected or applied. No substance, supplement, device, infusion or blood product is involved at any point.
What it is not
It is not medical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or injury, and it never replaces medical, physiotherapy or psychological care. Sports science and medicine have not studied it; the results on the athlete site are Jonathan's experience and what his members and clients report.
Who gives it
Jonathan K is a biofield specialist. He is not a doctor, a psychologist or a member of any regulated health profession, and he never presents himself as one.
Anti-doping
No substance or method on the WADA Prohibited List is involved. Only an athlete's anti-doping organisation can rule on a specific case. As with any outside practitioner, athletes should tell their medical team they are receiving sessions.
Timing
Sessions can be timed around fixtures, and paused or stopped whenever the medical team asks. They never alter a return-to-play decision or a concussion protocol, and athletes are told so.
Privacy
Within the practice, the athlete's name is known to Jonathan alone; his team sees initials only.
What the athlete does
Nothing, for body sessions. For the weekly mind and emotions session, the athlete lies down for about an hour, at least two days before competition.
Advice
Jonathan never advises on medication, diagnosis, training load or nutrition.
Messages
Enquiries and messages are read by Jonathan personally.
Measurement
A club may nominate measures it already records, such as days lost to injury and illness, availability and heart-rate recovery, and review squad-level figures with Jonathan across the season. The figures remain the club's; no individual player's medical data is shared without that player's written consent, and no outcome is promised.
Confidentiality
Jonathan and his company sign a non-disclosure agreement before anything is discussed, the club's own or theirs. It never restricts a safeguarding report, a disclosure to medical staff, or cooperation with an anti-doping organisation.
Young athletes
Athletes aged 16 and 17 are accepted only with a parent's written consent and with their own doctor involved; for academy players, the academy's medical team is informed. A parent joins the first call, may join any later one and is copied on every message. For under-18s, Cycle Support is arranged with a parent's knowledge.
